Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, including problem analysis and resolution
• Manage and maintain technical documentation and manufacturing instructions
• Train, develop, and technically support production staff
• Utilize and manage data within production tracking systems (e.g., MES)
• Maintain continuous communication between production, quality assurance, logistics, and suppliers
• Actively participate in preparation for internal and external audits
• Coordinate changes and modifications within the production processes
• Participate in international meetings and communicate effectively in English

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in automotive or aerospace is an advantage)
• Confident, active English language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES), with high IT affinity
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
• Assertive communication and strong teamwork abilities

Advantages
